Professional equipment for Leak Tests
The Proofmaster S is specially suited for the repair service, for
the specialized trade and for the examination of small series.
Pre-defined universal programs, freely programmable test
cycles and clear menu guidance guarantee simplest handling
and a reliable examination for all watches.
The new, special Leak Finder Program opens a new dimension
for the localisation of watch leakages in water. Watches
with or without bracelet can be tested.
The instrument, equipped with a USB interface, can be networked
by using the optional WiCoTrace software.

Analysis of the watch case deformation under pressure
and/or vacuum.

Measurement cycle
Automatic test cycle with one or two pressures, respectively
with vacuum and pressure. Automatic locking and release of
the test chamber.

Vacuum: selectable from -0.2 to -0.8 bar.
Pressure: selectable from 0.2 to 10 bar.

Test time
Automatic: determination on the basis of the programmed
tolerance values and the watch characteristics.
Manual input: 15 to 600 s.

Stabilisation time
Automatic transition to the test, if the necessary stability is
reached.
Manual input: 15 to 300 s.

Tolerances
Pre-defined test programs: automatic determination on the
basis of the watch characteristics and the test pressure.

Measurement of the deformation
Measurement range: -300 bis +1200?m.
Resolution of the display: 0.01 ?m.
Minimum deformation of the watch: depend on the watch
type and the measuring parameters, typical 0.5 ?m.

Display of the results
Proportional reduction of the deformation related to one
minute measuring time.
Range: 0 to 9.9% with a resolution of 0.1%.
Automatic evaluation: tight/leaky.
During the test continuous display of the deformation and the
test pressure, status indication for the measurement and
count down of the remaining measuring time.
Date and time display.

Language choice
Messages and instructions in a choice of 9 languages.

Compressed air connection
Pressure at least 1 bar higher than the required test pressure,
5 bar min. Built-in vacuum generator.
